Her work in advocacy, including her partnership with A2ndvoice, highlights the importance of representation in autism advocacy, especially within ethnic minority communities. By sharing her story at events such as MyGoal: Celebrating Excellence in Neurodiversity and promoting autism awareness through her book, Elsie continues to inspire and uplift others.
Through her extensive engagement in community-based initiatives, and training programs, such as the delivery of a Lifestyle Academy for Avante Care and Support, the largest charity in Kent, and Autism Workshops, Elsie ensures that this self-help group is not just a support network, but a movement toward lasting change.
